How much does Lucearia cost?
Lucearia costs EUR 4.90 a month or EUR 39 a year for the whole family. In Switzerland, CHF 5.90 a month or CHF 49 a year. The first 14 days are free.
Does one subscription cover the whole family?
Yes. One subscription covers the whole household. Adding a member doesn't change the price: Lucearia isn't priced per person.
Do I need a card to try it?
No. The 14-day trial starts without entering a payment card.
Privacy and data
Are chat messages encrypted?
Yes. Messages are end-to-end encrypted and only the family's devices read them. The contents aren't readable, not even by us.
Where is the data stored?
The application servers are in Germany, and photos are stored in the EU. Lucearia doesn't keep data outside the European Union.
Are there ads?
No. No ads, on any plan. And we don't sell or share family data with advertising partners.
Subscription and devices
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, Android and any browser. Everyone in the family sees the same information, updated in real time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
After you cancel, access stays on until the end of the paid period. You can delete the account and the family's data whenever you like, right from the app.
Can I turn off location sharing for one member?
Yes. Location sharing is optional, and each person can switch their own off any time. History is deleted after a short window.
